We stand by the quality of our curation. We offer a 30-day Change of Mind return policy and a 24-month manufacturer warranty on all structural furniture items. We are also committed to our 'Honesty Promise' - if a product arrives damaged, we replace it immediately, no hoops to jump through.
How long is the wait?
The estimated delivery time frames are:
- VIC customers : approximately 3 - 6 working days;
- NSW, SA & ACT customers : approximately 3 - 7 working days;
- QLD, NT, WA & TAS customers : approximately 2 - 7 working days.
High Demand and International items: Some of our items are in high demand and some items are shipped internationally. In this case we will have a note on the product page stating such. These shipping times are between 12-21 days within Australia. You will receive a tracking link the moment your items leave our warehouse.

What if I change my mind or it doesn't fit?
You can return any standard item within 30 days of delivery. Ensure the item is unused, in its original packaging, and has the tags attached. Simply contact us for a return shipping label and instructions. Please note that custom orders and sale items are final sale.
What if my order arrives damaged?
We replace damaged parts or entire units immediately at zero cost to you. While our reinforced packaging prevents 99% of transit issues, accidents happen. If you see a scratch or a dent, email us a photo and we will ship a replacement within 24 hours.
